Absolutely Fantastic! Super small but that just adds to the charm! Great attention to detail. Very innovative and delicious! Chef recommendations were all on point! Oishi!!!

If you are in Ensenada and need to have authentic Japanese food, I would definitely recommend Yatai Sushi. This place is just great, very fresh ingredients and high quality dishes, I was there when they started to process the Norwegian salmon they were using that day. The space is very limited and the schedule as well so I would say that's and improvement opportunity for them but everything else is great. I had sea urchin on an oyster and other plates but this was the best overall. Please see the pictures below and share your thoughts.

Must visit if you love Sushi! Congrats to David and his team on this intimate dining experience. Fresh sushi - element building plates. Each dish is better than the last. Reservation is recommend as it only fits 6. Will 100% be coming back and recommending this gem to friends and family. Music on point.

Best Toro in town! This tiny shack is full of flavor and elegance, a true art. Best oysters, Toro tasted delicious...! We came for a quick bite, and kept on ordering more, hehehe so worth it. Como sushi chef yo mismo lo recomiendo mucho, sin duda uno de los mejores sushi auténtico estilo japonés en la Baja, el Chef David Lara es súper talentoso y apasionado con lo que hace, se le nota. El lugar es pequeño como 3x3metros, solo hay 6 asientos, el chef prepara tus bocados justo enfrentito de ti, podrás apreciar la frescura del pescado, los cortes precisos, como prepara los nigiris y rollos perfectamente. Manejan akami, chu y o toro, kampachi de La Paz, salmón, ostion de san Quintín, erizo del mar. Te recomiendo el nigiri de anguila con foie gras como postre. Conclusión, excelente calidad de insumo, técnica de manejo de productos fenomenal, presentaciones limpios, muy buen servicio, precio justo. Si eres amante del sushi fresco, 100% vale la pena.

I’ve been so many Omakase sushi spots, and I must say this one definitely is is up there with the best of them. David and his team provided excellent service and quite a culinary experience. Highly recommend recommended.

Yatai es un concepto de sushi y comida japonesa verdaderamente único. Es un lugar pequeño por lo cual recomiendo hacer reservación para asegurar tu espacio. Fui con mi pareja y al menos de manera personal viví la mejor experiencia culinaria de mi vida. El mejor producto y la mejor preparación aunado con un ambiente íntimo y cara a cara con el chef David Lara y su asistente Marco. Para ser una experiencia tan única el precio es bastante accesible. Totalmente recomendable para alguna ocasión especial con pareja o grupo de 5-6 personas!

se recomienda hacer reservación, el servicio es personalizado, está muy fresco todo sin duda una comida bastante fresca. Recomiendo el tartar de atún muy delicioso
